• Approximately 1000 Square  Feet  - Accommodates up to 100 persons    

Rules & Regulations

• No Campers, pop-ups or tents are allowed at the Party House. We do having camping available in designated area.

• No Glass Bottles of Any Kind are allowed at Buffalo Springs Lake.

• No loud Music or loud Noise of any kind after 11:00 p.m.

• Occupants must pay individual gate entrance fees, which are good until midnight of the rental day.  If occupants stay past midnight, a 2-day admission must be purchased.

• The rental fee must be paid ten days prior to the date of the rental agreement.  The district must be notified 10 days prior to cancellation in order to receive a refund.
