THE WATER DISTRICT BOARD USUALLY MEETS THE 1st Monday of each month . 

THE NEXT SCHEDULED BOARD MEETING IS:  MONDAY, AUGUST 2, 2010 AT 10 A.M.

Board Meetings will be posted on the front door of the administration building & on the marquee sign.

RESIDENT GENERAL INFORMATION:

Residents are technically considered to be lot lease holders who own their home on LCWCID #1 property at Buffalo Springs Lake & have done a lease agreement closing in the District Office or at a Title Company.  (This does not include those who are lease purchasing).

Resident passes are issue to lot lessees & their minor children ages 1 - 19 living at home.  For each year thereafter he/she must purchase an individual pass if he/she continues to reside at Buffalo Springs Lake.

All homes are considered single-family dwellings.

Resident passes cannot be used by anyone other than the person whose name appears on the pass & can only be transferred by means of sale of the improvements & transfer of the lot lease.

The purpose of the windshield sticker is for quick ingress through the gate.   A windshield sticker is only valid if the lessee has in his / her possession a valid resident gate pass with his or her name on it.

Blue coupons were designed for persons visiting the lot lessee at his/her residence and only allows gate access directly to & from that residence.  The coupons do not allow the use of any of the District's Facilities.

All Lot Leases are due by December 31st.  If you do not know how much your lot lease is please call the administration office at (806)747-3353.

Use our convenient automatic bank draft service to pay your monthly water utility bill.  It's free of charge to lot lease holders.   Sign up now in the administration office.  Don't forget to bring a voided check from the account you want drafted.

All residents are responsible for having a check valve on their sewer line to prevent sewer back-up.

Limbs and tree branches should be hauled to the burn pile.

The City Council Meets every 2nd Thursday of the month at 7 p.m at the Village Hall.
