1. Occupants must pay individual gate entrance fees, which are good until midnight of the rental day.  If occupants stay past midnight, a 2-day admission must be purchased.
2. A minimum cleaning fee of $100.00 will be charged if the party house is not cleaned.
3. For overnight use, occupants must pay for a minimum of two days gate fees.  An additional $50.00 is charged for renting the house past midnight.
4. The rental fee is $250.00 per day.  A $300.00 deposit is required to reserve the party house. This check is cashed and another check for $300.00 will be returned to you after the rental agreement date if there are no damage or cleaning fees.
5. Rental fees must be paid 10 days prior to the date of the rental agreement. The district must be notified 10 days prior to cancellation in order to receive a refund.
6. Upon arrival at The Buffalo Springs Lake main gate, a Police Officer will open the Party House for the event. If you have rented the house for one day only, the Police Officer will return at midnight to close the party house. All cleaning should be completed at this time.
7. No campers, pop-ups, or tents are allowed in this area.   We do have camping available in designated areas.
8. No Glass Bottles of any kind are allowed.
