Lubbock County WCID #1 is seeking an operator / tenant for a full service Marina / convenience store at Buffalo Springs Lake, 9999 High Meadow Road, Lubbock, Texas 79404 (Off of FM 835- East from Loop 289).  All applicants  need to submit a business proposal of the Marina operation to the water district.  All applicants will be subject to a drug test, background check, and credit check.  Monthly rent, hours of operation, and mode of operation will be determined mutually with tenant and The Water District.  For more information, please call 806.747.3353.
